OBJECTIVES AND REASONS

This Bill would establish the Perpetrator Reformation (Prevention of Recidivism and Violence Against Persons With and Without Disability) and Obligatory Compensation Act

Concerning the rights and freedoms of persons, the enhancement of personal and familial standards, a renewal of the legacy of human values that includes forgiveness within the homes and the wider society, mindfulness of the welfare of others, and the governance of social behaviour for the sake of promoting and sustaining a universal spirit of peace.
